Withdrawal requirements
Official GoMining documentation says BTC withdrawals require completed identity verification and at least one miner created directly on GoMining. Owning only miners bought on the secondary market does not satisfy that direct creation requirement.
| Requirement | Check before starting |
|---|---|
| KYC | Your identity verification is approved. |
| Eligible miner | At least one miner was created directly on GoMining. |
| 2FA access | You can receive or generate the required security code. |
| Destination | The receiving wallet supports the exact selected BTC network. |
| Available balance | Your amount covers the current minimum and dynamic withdrawal fee. |
Withdrawal steps
- 01
Open Wallet and select Withdraw
Sign in from the official app or website, open Wallet and choose Withdraw.
- 02
Choose BTC and the network
Select Bitcoin and the withdrawal network. The destination wallet must support exactly the same network.
- 03
Paste the receiving address
Copy it from your destination wallet. Compare the first and last characters after pasting. Do not rely on clipboard history alone.
- 04
Enter the amount
Review the displayed minimum, maximum and fee. These can be dynamic, so use the figures shown immediately before confirmation.
- 05
Complete the security check
Enter the requested two factor authentication code and inspect the final summary one more time.
- 06
Track the transaction
Save the transaction identifier when it becomes available. The receiving service may wait for several network confirmations.
For a new address or wallet, consider a small test transfer first. Never send BTC to someone promising to unlock, double or recover your funds.
Why a withdrawal may be delayed
GoMining documents a 12 hour security pause on withdrawals and miner sales after recent email, password or two factor authentication changes. Network congestion, account review and receiving platform confirmation requirements can also affect timing.
If anything looks different from this guide, stop and use GoMining's official support channel from inside the app. Never share your password, 2FA code, wallet seed phrase or private key with support staff or community members.
